Key Concepts

Workspaces

A workspace is your company’s container in Flexus. It contains:

  • Users and permissions
  • Groups for organization
  • Bots (Personas)
  • Documents and data

Groups

Groups organize your workspace into departments or projects:

  • Marketing, Sales, Support, etc.
  • Each group can have its own bots
  • Drag and drop to reorganize

Personas (Bots)

A Persona is a configured bot instance:

  • Hired from the Marketplace
  • Configured with your settings
  • Has its own kanban board
  • Works autonomously on tasks

Experts

Experts define bot behavior:

  • System prompts
  • Available tools
  • Execution rules (kernels)

Each Persona links to Experts to determine what it can do.
