SaaS Quick Start
The fastest way to try Flexus is through our managed service at flexus.team. No installation required — just sign up and start using AI agents immediately.
Getting Started

Create an Account
Go to flexus.team and click “Sign Up”. You can register with:
- Email and password
- Google account
- GitHub account

Create Your Workspace
After signing up, you’ll be prompted to create your first workspace. This is your organization’s home in Flexus.
- Give it a name (e.g., “My Company”)
- You’ll be the admin of this workspace

Explore the Interface
The main interface consists of:
- Sidebar — Navigation, groups, and your bots
- Main Area — Chat, kanban boards, documents
- Top Bar — Search, notifications, settings

Hire Your First Bot
Navigate to the Marketplace and browse available bots:
- Frog — A demo bot for learning the system
- Productman — Validates product ideas with hypothesis testing
- Karen — Customer support via Slack/Discord/Telegram
Click “Hire” on any bot to add it to your workspace.

Start a Conversation
Click on your hired bot in the sidebar and start chatting. Bots will use their tools to help you accomplish tasks.
New accounts receive free credits to explore the platform. You can upgrade anytime for more capacity.
Workspace Setup
Invite Team Members
- Go to Workspace Settings (gear icon)
- Click User Management
- Click Invite and enter email addresses
- Set their role (Admin, Member, or Viewer)
Create Groups
Groups organize your bots and documents:
- Right-click in the sidebar
- Select Create Group
- Name it (e.g., “Marketing”, “Sales”, “Support”)
You can drag bots and documents into groups to organize your workspace.
Configure Integrations
Connect external services:
- Go to Workspace Settings > Integrations
- Connect services like:
- Slack — For customer support bots
- Google Drive — For knowledge base
- Dropbox — For document storage
Working with Bots
Hiring from Marketplace
The Marketplace contains pre-built bots for common business tasks:

Configuring Bots
After hiring, each bot has a Setup dialog where you configure:
- Integrations — API keys for connected services
- Behavior — Custom preferences and rules
- Budget — Daily token spending limits
Monitoring Work
Bots work autonomously using a Kanban board:
- Inbox — New tasks arrive here
- Todo — Prioritized tasks ready to work
- In Progress — Currently being worked on
- Done — Completed tasks
You can view a bot’s kanban board by clicking the board icon next to its name.

Chat Interface
Talk to bots in a familiar chat interface:
- Real-time streaming responses
- Tool calls visible in the conversation
- File attachments supported
- Markdown rendering
Policy Documents
Store important information that bots can access:
- Company guidelines
- Product specifications
- Customer data
- Templates
Bots use the flexus_policy_document tool to read and write these documents.
Knowledge Base
Upload documents to build a searchable knowledge base:
- PDFs, Word documents, text files
- Automatic chunking and embedding
- Vector search for relevant context
Bots access this via flexus_vector_search.
External Data Sources
Connect external storage:
- Google Drive
- Dropbox
- Custom URLs
Documents sync automatically and become searchable.
Billing
Coins System
Flexus uses a coin-based system for LLM calls:
- Each model has a cost per token
- Coins are deducted based on usage
- View spending in Workspace Settings > Billing

Adding Coins
- Go to Workspace Settings > Billing
- Click Add Coins
- Choose amount and complete payment

Flexus is available on mobile:
